The process varies from State to State and County to County. But each State and or County follows a general process:
-
You agree to use our services
We sign a standard Customer Service Agreement. (Remember no upfront cost to you)
We conduct a comprehensive nationwide search to find all the unclaimed property belonging to you.
Schedule a Notary appointment (Remember no upfront cost to you).
You provide proof-of-ownership required to process the claim (we will let you know exactly what documents you need)
We work on a contingency so our clients bare no upfront cost. We are allowed to collect 25% of the gross amount recovered to cover costs such as Administration and preparation cost, postage, telephone and any other fees incurred that are necessary to process the claim.
We use public records to locate individuals and funds owed. Our team investigate and search several public record sites such as birth, death and marriage certificates as well as phone listings and social media platforms
By signing our agreement you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms. It basically outlines our responsibility as the asset recovery specialist, and it outlines your responsibilities as our client. Without this agreement signed by both parties we cannot legally provide our services.
It all depends on what State we are working in. For example, California can take up to 120 days. We will get an estimate when we verify your funds being held.
If we can’t recover your funds, you pay us nothing. But 99.9% of the time we can do so.
Absolutely! Keep in mind that not everyone is owed funds, but we can do a check to see if there are funds owed free of charge.
